Tendring Wellbeing and Intervention Services CIC

We are committed to providing an extensive portfolio of tailored wellbeing services to residents right the way across the Tendring district.

We can offer a variety of interventions, that include:

Crisis support for mental health issues, family workshops, exercise, outdoor activities, education and training, both to organisations and the community, on various subjects including (but not limited to) suicide prevention, toxic & abusive relationships and improved wellbeing.

We have a vision to be a community interest company that not only helps it's community to maintain good mental and physical health, but also gives our future generations hope, belief and confidence.

Being a semi-rural area with seasonal work, many young people who do not wish to go to college or university feel lost, as a community interest company, we fully intend to make provision for young people looking to do apprenticeship's, both in our organisation and with our local connections.

Every person who works or volunteers for TWIS has an Enhanced DBS and Jacqui our Lead Psychotherapist is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the organisation.
